I have fitted and tested the Zappi but not yet used it. Electrical installation straightforward and clear instructions. However configuration instructions are unclear and unfortunately very little can be done from the App. For example defining the CT ports.

Is the cable fixed/built it and how long is the cable as it doesn’t say in the description
No, the cable is not directly fixed into the Myenergi mounting pedestal; instead, it is typically routed through a designated cable channel or grommet within the pedestal, allowing for flexibility in connecting the charging unit to the power supply while keeping the cable neatly contained.
I need a suitable charger to charge ev’s on my farm. Would this unit work without a wifi or internet connection to enable usage if the app?
Hypervolt chargers can function without an internet connection, but their smart features, such as remote control, monitoring, and scheduling via the Hypervolt app, require connectivity. If the charger is offline, it will still charge your vehicle, but you'll miss out on the advanced functionalities that make it more convenient to use.
Is this a type 2 connector?
Yes, the Zappi is Type 2

The Zappi chargers are available with a 3 year warranty, which is directly with MyEnergi
HI, will this work with a BMW X3 hybrid and also Volvo XC40 recharge
Tesla EV chargers are set up to work on all car brands.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Faults on installed products: 

If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
