The EcoFlow DELTA Max 1600 Fast Charging Portable Power Station is a lightning-fast charging generator, ensuring that you have power during outages or in environments with no plug sockets. Whether you're at home, travelling, camping, working or partying, you'll never be without power, with more ports for devices than you'll need. Packing a large 1612Wh capacity and an impressive 2000W output, and if you want to power high wattage appliances and devices, switch to X-Boost and you'll be able to charge refrigerators, microwaves and anything else up to 2500W.
You can also go green by connecting up to two 400W solar panels to achieve a staggering 800w solar charging speed. You'll also be able to charge your DELTA Max from the wall socket and your car. For further control, monitor your DELTA Max with the EcoFlow app, which will allow you to customise power use or control your power station remotely.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands
Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.
Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
