The Aqara E1 Smart Radiator Thermostat is a smart, versatile TRV that can be used with almost all water radiators, including conventional radiators, space heaters, towel warmers or even warm floors. Equipped with a multitude of features including whole-room temperature control, 2-in-1 door and window opening detection to save energy as well as freeze protection, multi-home support and much more. Compatible with the most popular ecosystems and voice assistants from Apple HomeKit, Alexa, Google, IFTTT Alice and Marusy.

The E1 Radiator Thermostat allows you to control the temperature of the whole room, not just around the radiator, by taking the readings from external Aqara sensors and adjusting the heating power according to them. Compared to other thermostats, the Aqara Radiator Thermostat can receive the temperature readings directly from the connected Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor, even in HomeKit.

In case of a risk of pipe freezing, the heating will be turned on automatically thanks to the ingenious freezing protection function. If the outside temperature drops sharply, the room can be preheated to compensate for the change of temperature with the use of the powerful Aqara Home automations.

Compatibility: Supports most popular radiator valve standards thanks to the following adaptors included into the package: Standard screw of M30 x 1.5mm as well as Danfoss RA, RAV, RAVL valves.

Automations:

  • Adjust the temperature based on each person's preference. Thanks to Camera Hub G3's local face recognition, the room temperature may be adjusted automatically based on each person's preferences.
  • No more coming back to a cold home thanks to Aqara Home location-based automations. Aqara Home Geofencing function will start heating before you arrive home.

Important: Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub is required. Battery life may vary depending on the usage. The 1-year battery life is calculated based on the conditions that the device operates 8 times a day for 165 days and operates once every 2 weeks for 200 days.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
