The EcoFlow RIVER Pro Portable Power Station is a lightning-fast charging power station that allows you to power multiple devices in an incredibly portable 7.5kg size. Packing a 600W output with a 720Wh capacity, the RIVER Pro is great for home use, camping, travelling, professional work, partying and an array of other practical and leisure activities. The RIVER Pro charges from 0-80% in under an hour and, if you switch to X-Boost, you'll be able to power up high-wattage appliance such as hairdryers and vacuum cleaners up to a huge 1800W.
As for the EcoFlow RIVER Pro, you'll be able to charge it easily through your wall outlet, plug it directly into your car for a road trip or make use of green, renewable energy with the solar charging option. What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.'

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
