The Myenergi 22kW Type 2 Zappi Eco-Smart 3 Phase Tethered EV Car Charging Point With Tamper Kit is an extremely popular, ultra-modern, smart tech-integrated electric car charging point with a tamper kit to ensure that you are compliant with smart charging regulations. Not only does the Zappi work as a standard EV charger, it also comes with a range of eco-charging modes that allow you to make use of all of the green energy generated from your Solar PV system or wind generation. This means that you'll be able to make full use of the renewable and infinite power sources around your home. It doesn't matter whether you own solar panels, other grid-tied microgeneration systems or not, the Zappi will also work just like any other EV charger when in Fast Charge mode, drawing power from the grid. 

Zappi has three charging modes: ECO, ECO+ and Fast. The ECO settings use your existing solar or wind energy integrated with grid power and Fast Charge mode operates like any other mains powered EV charger.

Easy to install and completely user friendly, this brand new 'hubless' charger has built-in WIFI and hardwired ethernet options. You can also pair the Zappi with the Myenergi app to set timers in order to make use of economy tariffs, use the boost mode, monitor your devices and so much more.

Tethered chargers come with a highly convenient, built-in and non-detachable industry standard Type 2 cable that is suitable for all modern EVs. Only a handful of early Type 1 models may not be compatible, so if you own a Type 1 you should opt for an untethered model, available now at Eco Wizard.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
