The Ohme 7.4kW Home Pro is a modern, compact and tethered EV charger that charges up all Type 2 electric cars and electric vehicles. Designed with a 5 metre charging cable and an interactive LCD screen, you'll be able to view live charging information displayed on-screen, set charging schedules, integrate the EV charger with your energy tariff to charge at the cheapest times and set a max price cap per kWh to keep control of costs.
The integrated clear, bright LCD screen will give you access to live charging information and provide you with the option to control your EV charging from the charger itself or via the Ohme app. The Ohme Home Pro also links seamlessly with your energy tariff, such as the Intelligent Octopus Tariff, so you can set the charger to operate at the cheapest times and take advantage of heavily discounted off-peak energy.
Quick and easy to install with a built-in protective earth neutral (PEN) fault device to save time, money and resources. A backplate, load balancing clamp, wagos and lightning junction box are all included with your Home Pro to streamline installation for easier setup.
A multinet sim card keeps Ohme Pro Home online and ready to receive information via the Ohme app as well as receiving the latest over-the-air firmware and software updates. This makes Ohme Home Pro a convenient and maintenance-free EV charger.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
