The Photonic Universe Wi-Fi Remote Monitoring Kit is an advanced, reliable and ultra-convenient inverter tracking and management solution that provides easy access from any worldwide location using a PC, tablet or mobile device. Designed specifically for Iconica Hybrid Inverters, this intelligent monitoring kit gives you flexible monitoring options whether you are on-site or halfway across the globe. It also provides email communication for fault alerts and reminders, in-depth live data, multi-user monitoring and much more.

Complete with a Wi-Fi card, antenna and connection cable, the kit is very quick and simple to install. Data is refreshed every 5 minutes, providing live insights into your PV input, battery performance, grid status and AC output. The DataCenter platform also allows for multiple user accounts, regional inverter grouping, and access to detailed data logs, diagrams and infographics for effective system analysis.

The kit features two versatile monitoring modes:

  • Short Distance Mode creates a direct Wi-Fi network, enabling quick access to inverter data within a 10m to 50m radius on your mobile device.
  • Long Distance Mode connects via an existing broadband network, transmitting data to the secure online portal DataCenter, where system performance can be monitored from anywhere using a web browser.

In addition, this kit provides automated email notifications, alerting one or multiple users of important system warnings, alarms or reminders - ensuring you never miss a critical update.

What's In The Box: Wi-Fi card & unit (with antenna) & 1.5m DB9 to RJ45 cable for connection to the Iconica Inverter.

Compatibility: This Wi-Fi remote monitoring kit is designed for Iconica off-grid hybrid inverters and Iconica grid-tie hybrid inverters.

Please Note: All Iconica hybrid inverters can power this kit directly using the supplied RJ45 cable, except the Iconica 5500W grid-tie inverter, which requires a separate mains to 12V DC / 1A power adapter (5.5/2.5mm DC jack) for operation.

Hi there, How long would this product supply power for before batteries run out of power, Many thanks, Paul.
The duration of a 2kW Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system with a 2.4kWh energy storage battery depends on the load it supports. If the system is running at full capacity (2kW), the battery would last approximately 1.2 hours (2.4kWh ÷ 2kW). However, if the load is less than 2kW, the duration would increase proportionally. For example, at a 1kW load, the battery could last around 2.4 hours.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 exVAT received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 exVAT are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Faults on installed products: 

If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
