The Eve Water Guard Smart Home Water Leak Detector will alert you visually, audibly and via an app on your iPhone as soon as a water leak is detected in your home, helping to avoid expensive water damage. Designed to give you peace of mind whenever you're out of the house, you'll get an extra layer of watertight protection in your home and the Eve app reminds you at regular intervals to check that Eve Water Guard is working perfectly. You'll be able to leave your washing machine running while you're away and you can be reassured that no water’s leaking in the cabinet beneath those water pipes or in the basement.

If a leak is ever detected, you'll get visual and 100 dB sound alerts as well as notifications on your iPhone thanks to the Apple HomeKit-enabled technology. This water leak detector will also come with a 2 metre sensing cable that is extendable up to 150 metres, serving as a full-length sensor for monitoring large areas of your room.

The water detector is quick and easy to set up, joining your Thread network automatically and is Apple HomeKit-enabled for outstanding ease of use with an iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. As a router node, Eve Water Guard relays other Thread accessories’ data packages and enhances the stability and reach of your smart home.

All Eve products employ the highest level of data privacy and won't harvest your personal data and there is no Eve cloud, so your data won’t get exposed. Local intelligence means all the processing is done locally and Eve accessories communicate directly with your iPhone, iPad, or home hub without any cloud dependency or bridge.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.


If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
