The BLUETTI Apex 300 Portable Power Station is a high-performance, modular energy solution designed to deliver reliable backup power for your home, leisure vehicle, or off-grid setup. Built as part of a scalable energy system, it offers powerful performance while allowing you to expand both capacity and output as your energy needs grow.
When paired with a compatible battery module, the system starts at approximately 2.76kWh of capacity with 3,840W AC output, and can be expanded up to 58kWh of storage and 11.52kW of output by adding additional battery modules and units. This flexibility makes it suitable for everything from essential backup power to full home or off-grid energy systems.
Delivering up to 3,840W AC output with a pure sine wave inverter and up to 7,680W lifting power, the Apex 300 is capable of supporting demanding appliances and critical systems. Its modular design allows you to scale both performance and runtime depending on your setup.
At the core of the system is LiFePO₄ (lithium iron phosphate) battery technology, known for its safety, stability, and long lifespan. Designed to deliver 6,000+ charge cycles, it provides dependable long-term performance for regular use.
The Apex 300 supports flexible charging options, including AC mains, solar input, and generator compatibility. With support for up to 2,400W solar input (1,200W x2 MPPT), it can efficiently harness renewable energy for off-grid or hybrid energy applications.
For backup scenarios, the system features a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) function with a switchover time of under 20ms, helping to keep essential devices running during power interruptions.
Smart control is available via the BLUETTI app (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth), allowing you to monitor energy usage, adjust settings, and manage charging behaviour remotely. Features such as time-of-use scheduling, working modes (backup or self-consumption), child lock, and power lifting provide enhanced control over system performance and efficiency.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
