The Salus iT500 Smartphone Controlled Wireless Thermostat can be operated via your smartphone, tablet or PC, giving you the options of heating and hot water control or 2 heating zones. The secure and energy efficient system offers you heating and hot water access and control via your existing internet connection and the wireless system is easy to setup and install. The internal system also provides you with robust communication thanks to the 868 MHz band.

I’ve had it for 5 months now, works quite well Just the app to setup the temperature doesn’t look modern but it is working well Being able to change my thermostat when I am away from home and without having to use those Google or Amazon suite was exactly what I wanted

Great product and and alternative to things like Hive and other wireless internet/app controlled thermostats which charge a monthly subscription. Salus (manufacturer) customer service and technical support not great though and powered by useless AI bots and auto responders. I have confidence though that if we had a problem EcoWizard would sort,

Just replaced my old manual controllers with the Salus IT500 and it is a great upgrade. Easy to program and control and gives total control of heating and hot water.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Do you deliver Internationally?

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.


If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
