The Aqara Smart Temperature & Humidity Sensor uses advanced, industry-grade sensor technology to monitor and record indoor temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure in real time. Perfect for home and office use, you'll receive temperature and humidity notifications as well as access to current and historical data via the smartphone app. This sensor can also trigger other smart accessories to automate your home.
Experience a multitude of features including Aqara Home Automation which allows you to customise different scenes with our suite of smart home products, Temperature & Humidity Notifications to notify you in case the temperature or humidity has reached a pre-set value and Historical Data Tracking which sends alert notifications to your phone when an abnormal environment is detected.
This sensor is built using advanced sensor technology from the industry-renowned Sensirion company, delivering humidity detection accuracy of ±3% and temperature detection accuracy of ±0.3℃. The production process is also strictly supervised to ensure high quality.
Easy to install with no wiring required, simply stick your sensor to any surface using the sticky pad provided. You won't need to worry about replacing batteries regularly either as one tiny battery can provide your sensor with a solid battery life of 2 years or more.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
