The delivery was very poor and I had to chase TNT personally to get the delivery. The product leaves an awful lot to be desired. 1) The cable is too short which makes situating the unit in a convenient place very difficult. 2)It is far from silent or whisper quiet,I find I have to turn the unit off as the noise becomes irritating. The automated changing mode is the noisiest part. 3)I would definitely not recommend this product.

The torch is excellent works efficiently and saves having to buy replacement batteries. The EcoWizard service was great from ease of ordering to prompt delivery.
Was well impressed the process for buying/delivery and install survey. Unit arrived three days earlier than expected. The installation survey was straight forward and approved quickly. Installation date is 03/06/26 which is two and a half weeks after my order was processed.
Great fast delivery
It tooks several weeks to get this charger install. Largely down to their poor communication. I could not upload the pictures/videos on the website, so emailed them. No proactive response and it took several more chasing by me before they sent me an exact picture example of the picture they wanted me to take.. National grisd had to some work and they were excellent. Once that was complete Eco were veryprompt getting in touch and finally booking installation.Their guy was very good and installed the charger clean and tidy with no hassel.

Purchase of the Hypervolt Home 3 7 Kw type 2 Smart EVCharger -Tethered was very made very easy by the drop down menu ! Also delivery was very prompt ! Will definitely use this company again !
The home survey was not automatically generated and had to be chased. The EV charger delivery had to be chased. Sales team did not respond to phone and email requests for an installation date. Being sent requests to review my EV installation, when it remains in its box just sums up the business process failings.
Fraction of the price and helpful support on the end of a phone. If only every company worked like this. Would 100% recommend.
