Received my radiators plugged them straight in after mounting to the wall. Took 2 minutes to connect to wifi for each radiator.Warms the room really quick now thinking of changing all the other radiators to these as they are so good. Great sevice had to contact ecowizard and everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use this company again.

Could not fault the experience of using EcoWizard. Found the heat pump we needed pretty easily on the website at a REALLY good price. Delivery timescales were really quick - we also had an issue with the delivery address that the guys sorted with the carriers with no issue or fuss. Fast delivery good price
I was pleased that I managed to buy the product,. However, as I have very little experience of buying online, I did struggle to follow the process and it took me several tries. This wireless receiver was needed by my sister who does not have access to the Internet. I heard that it arrived within a few days and the part was in good condition although the packaging it was in was quite damaged - a postal issue, I assume. An electrician was able to wire in the part, with phone support from Delta Dore, and her electric radiator is now working - so we are very pleased about that.

Service and product are both excellent
Purchased a Salus charger through an installation offer, the charger was quickly delivered and a CT clamp came separately which was great. There installation partner Aero was great and provided a quality installation registering with the DNO and an installation certificate. The charger works perfectly and as all others has a easy to use controllable app and also RFID cards if required.
