The EcoFlow PowerOcean 5kWh LFP Battery is a reliable, durable and scalable energy storage module used to build or expand a compatible PowerOcean battery system. When installed within an EcoFlow PowerOcean system, the inverter manages charging from surplus solar generation, lower-cost grid electricity or a combination of both, storing the energy for when your household needs it.
When used within a PowerOcean Single-Phase system, the modular design allows the installation to start with one 5kWh battery and expand as energy storage requirements increase. A compatible hybrid inverter supports up to 20kWh of battery capacity, while larger installations can reach 60kWh using three hybrid inverters. Its slim, minimalist construction supports floor or wall mounting, while the IP65-rated enclosure provides protection against dust and low-pressure water jets.
Built using durable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology, the PowerOcean battery delivers more than 6,000 charge cycles for dependable long-term energy storage. Each battery pack has its own intelligent battery management system, which continuously monitors cell condition and temperature while helping protect against overcharging, deep discharge and overheating. An integrated fire prevention module responds to abnormal cell temperatures, while built-in heating pads support dependable operation in changing weather conditions.
When integrated into a complete PowerOcean system, simply download the EcoFlow app to monitor stored energy and household consumption, manage energy use and view system performance.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
