The Fox ESS EQ5000-M 4.92kWh Master Battery is a high-performance, modular energy storage solution designed for residential solar and battery systems. As the primary battery within the EQ5000 range, it forms the foundation of a scalable storage setup that can be expanded as household energy requirements grow.
Each EQ5000 module provides 4.92kWh of storage capacity, with systems supporting up to 6 batteries in a single stack for a maximum capacity of 29.52kWh. A minimum configuration of 1 EQ5000-M master and 1 EQ5000-S slave battery provides 9.84kWh of storage.
The EQ5000 features integrated battery heating and an IP65-rated enclosure, allowing installation indoors or outdoors across a wide operating temperature range. Its modular, stackable design also provides flexibility when planning system capacity and installation location.
Compatible with the full range of Fox ESS single-phase and three-phase Hybrid and AC inverters, the EQ5000-M 4.92kWh Master Battery offers a versatile and scalable solution for new installations and battery storage upgrades.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
