Description

TPOne Programmable Room Thermostat platform delivers new levels of user friendly interaction. The flexible dot matrix display uses easy read icons and text information to provide feedback on status and settings to the installer and user. When the display is activated the backlight illuminates and guides are given on the what buttons will adjust temperatures or navigate the setting menus.

Chrono Proportional, Load Compensation control is the default heat regulation system that will deliver increased comfort and improved economy over standard on/off control. Standard On/Off can also be selected.

When chrono-proportional mode is set, the thermostat introduces a fixed cycle rate on the system and then determines the duration of the On and Off periods within each cycle in proportion to load.

The control algorithm used to determine the on/off periods uses a proportional + integral (PI) routine to eliminate offset normally associated with on/off or simple proportional control.

Chrono-proportional control significantly improves comfort and generally improves boiler efficiency by optimising water temperature.

For TPOne we have redesigned the heating startup options. Standard startup is default giving instant heat at the scheduled time. New dynamic Delayed and Optimised start features are also selectable. Delayed start will pause the heating startup at the scheduled time dependant on the difference between ambient and required temperature which will decrease energy usage. Optimised start will monitor the difference between ambient and required temperature and will calculate the best time to start heating to hit setpoint at the scheduled time.

Both features dynamically adjust according to performance accuracy each day to ensure most acurate control and remove the need for manual setting and adjustment.

Yes this product comes with a thermostat and boiler receiver.
Hi, what is the difference between this and the IT500? Other than price on your website? We need a replacement IT500 touchscreen thermostat as our old one has broken. Which do we need? We have all the other bits.
The main difference is that the IT500BM is for combination boilers and single heating zones only. Otherwise, they are very similar products and can both be smart-phone operated.
Hi is this compatible with Baxi duo tec 28 boiler
Salus thermostats are compatible with all boilers
Does this need the Tydor hub or can it work directly with just the app?
yes, it needs the TYDOM hub to be controlled via the TYDOM app

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Faults on installed products: 

If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
