The ESI Controls ESRTP4TOUCH 4Touch Wireless Programmable Room Thermostat is suitable for controlling heating and hot water systems via combi, system or conventional heat-only boilers. Easy to install and simple to program, this thermostat can be upgraded very easily, allowing you to control it via your smartphone or tablet, or with the Amazon Alexa voice assistant using the WiFi hub (available separately).
The large, user-friendly LCD screen and touch buttons make it easy for anyone, including the elderly or visually impaired to use. It also comes with a landlord lockout making it a perfect choice for social housing as well as 7 day, 5/2 day or 24 hour programming options and a selection of other features including Holiday Mode and DHW Domestic Hot Water setpoint control for use with S or Y plan systems.
Using OpenTherm communication, you can save up to 15% on gas use when this thermostat is fitted to your OpenTherm-compatible boiler. OpenTherm will deliver a more stable and energy efficient heat output, helping you to achieve the ideal room temperature and save money on heating bills.
Upgrade To Wi-Fi Control: The ESI WiFi Hub is available now at Eco Wizard, allowing you to control this thermostat using your phone, tablet or Alexa.

Much better than older Esi model which I had trouble reading and easy to program will buy the hub to upgrade it soon ,so I can control with phone,and good price

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 exVAT received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 exVAT are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
