Compatible with a wide range of cylinder thermostats (not included) – It is recommended that one of a wide range of Honeywell Home Cylinder thermostats are used.

Smart connected features of all models include:

  • Control via smartphone/tablet – connects directly to the home broadband network
  • Location Based Temperature control (Geo-fencing) automatically adjusts the required room temperature dependent on location. The thermostats communicate with the app to determine when the home is vacant or when on the way home, adjusting the temperature accordingly. Remote location control can be used by multiple users
  • Honeywell Home mobile app for: Remote view and change of settings
  • Three layers of automatic intelligent control: OpenTherm; TPI and Optimum start/stop & delayed start boiler control, allow the thermostat and boiler to work more efficiently together
  • Home Integration ready - Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa & Google Home systems all recognise the T6 series thermostats. Works with the IFTTT web control system
  • Integrated control within the Honeywell Home App for a Home Security Camera (C1 Awareness camera) W1 Water Leak Detection

The T6R models have an attractive, ultra-modern styling that make them ideal for any location in any type of home. All the models have:

  • Wi-Fi-enabled connectivity offers direct connection to the home network without additional equipment. (Wi-fi specification (IEEE 802.11b/g/n – 2.4GHz) Will work as a non-connected thermostat when not connected to the home broadband network.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.
Please note that the RMA# on the returns address is your original order number; please ensure to reference this on the returns address, as per below.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Faults on installed products: 

If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
