The DLUX-12 Litre Intelligent Home Dehumidifier is a portable, multi-purpose and versatile dehumidifier for drying clothes in winter, removing moisture in damp, mouldy rooms or reducing condensation build-up. A powerful compressor-driven model with a built-in Humidistat to control humidity accurately, the DLUX-12 is an efficient and affordable alternative to using costly tumble driers or expensive desiccant dehumidifier units.
Features an LED screen and an easy-to-use touch panel interface, displaying the current humidity and the desired humidity. Simply select the desired humidity level to meet your exact dehumidifying needs, and for drying over a long period of time, the DLUX also features a programmable timer. You can easily switch on the Special Laundry Mode to dry clothes indoors through the colder months.
The DLUX-12 works by controlling the humidity and then the condensed water will collect in the large and convenient internal water tank which can be removed for effortless emptying. Alternatively, this dehumidifier can also be connected to a continuous drain using the 1 metre drain hose included.
Everything is contained within a sturdy outer shell with a robust grab handle and easy-roll castors for portability, allowing you to move the unit from room to room as and when needed. The DLUX range feature a washable dust filter to remove large dust particles from the air, so the air output is always cleaner and dust free, making it perfect for allergy sufferers.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
