The Easee U-Hook Premium is a stylish, highly durable, wall-mounted EV charging cable management accessory that securely holds your EV charging cable in place, preventing tangles, trip hazards, and ground contact. Simply fix the U-Hook to the wall, locking it into place with a satisfying 'click'. Compatible with most standard EV charging cables within the Easee charger range to complete your installation.
Made from exceptionally high quality materials for long-life performance both indoors and out. The SS316 stainless steel construction is resistant to acids, rust, chemicals, saltwater, staining, industrial pollutants and more. The stainless steel has been electropolished and then hand-polished to a "mirror finish” with a laser engraved logo to give you the perfect blend of aesthetics and durability. The mounting screws are also made in acid-proof A4 steel and are hidden when the hook is installed.

Assembly: 1) Mount the bracket on the wall with the screws included. The two arrows should point up and be visible. 2) Push the U-Hook on - when you hear a 'click', it’s in place. The hook can be removed with a flat-head screwdriver.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
