Hi I am interested in buying a 22kw 3 phase Zappi EV charger, I just wanted to double check this is the correct one before I order it, many thanks David
Hi, Yes, this products works as both 7kw and 22kw for single phase and 3-phase charging points, so will function well for 22kw
Does this Zappi include the charging cable
The tethered version comes with the charging cable and the untethered one doesn’t.
Can you confirm please that this charger is suitable for connection to my 3 phase supply and also to be part of my Solar with Enphase battery system so it will work with Octopus Intelligent Go tariff?
Many thanks
Yes, I can confirm that you can use a Zappi for a three-phase energy supply and the charger can work with an Enphase battery system, which allows you to charge your car using excess solar energy or, in some cases, drawing from the grid after the battery is depleted. And it is compatible with Octopus Energy.
Myenergi Zappi 7kw to 22kw EV Tethered Charger
Does this come with CT clamps? If so how many.
Thanks
Neil....
It comes with 1 CT clamp as standard. Others can be purchased, especially if using solar power.
Is this a type 2 connector?
Yes, the Zappi is Type 2
hi, I’m with Octopus energy.
My internet signal is week in my car barn.
Is your home car charger any good with weak internet signals?
I believe it would depend how weak the connection was. From some research, the Indra charger seems to work best with weaker internet, but it would probably be worth speaking to MyEnergi directly to see what they think.
Hello
Does this device show you the cost of usage per day, week and month. As I'm planning to connect my company car to a home charger. Thank you.
I reached out to MyEnergi on this for you, and they said no, it is purely by kWh. It shows useage only and will show by charge session.
How do I prevent others from plugging my Zappi EV tethered charger into their cars, to charge?
There is a lock function you can use to set a PIN code so that only the people with the code can use the charger. You can also control and monitor use from the app.
Hi, I have two EV's at home and wish to charge both at night, I don't wish to purchase two chargers and appreciate if charging the two cars speeds will be slower. So ask do you do you do a dual port charger or could you use a splitter cable so the charge can feed into both cars.
I spoke to MyEnergi and they are unable to offer any products that offer dual charging. However, the below charger does, so please take a look and let me know if you would like to order one.
VCHRGD TwentyTwo Dual 22kW EV Charger only £1,366.66
Is this compatible with scottish/brittish gas ev tariffs?
I dont have solar or wind power Is this still ok ?
The Zappi is compatible with the Octopus Energy tariff, more information can be found below.

What does SPD stand for?

my charger will not let me unplug from the unit although it is 100% charged any ideas please
I would recommend using the below link to contact Ohme directly to see whether their engineers can advise: they give a 3-year warranty on their products so should be best placed to help
Who to contact when you're experiencing charging issues - Ohme EV
do you do a 7m tethered
The only Zappis we sell are 6.5m, if you need further cabling, my best advice is to buy an untethered unit and then the extra cable, which we also sell, and they are branded by Wottz.
HOW LONG IS THE CABLE
The cable length is 6.5m (21.3 feet)
What is the length of the tethered cable.
It is 6.5m (21.3 feet)
Hi. Just want to be clear. The Myenergi Zappi is compatible with OVO anytime rate and can accommodate 3 phase 22kw charging. Is there a setting on the model for both 7kw and 22kw - thanks
Yes, it is compatible and there is a setting for both kw options.
Cannot see how long the cable is for this product - Zappi 7 - 22 Tethered
his comes with a 6.5m cable
Hi am i right in thinking the 7kw would be on a single phase and 22kw would be 3phase. I think we have been told we are at max capacity of 3 phase without upgrading our main board. but presume a single phase would ok. How do we find out if the 7kw would be ok?
Yes that correct single is for 7kw, 22kw for 3 phase. 7kw for single phase is ok
Do the Zappi chargers have a variety of lengths of tethered cables
6.5m only for Zappi
Hypervolt offer 5, 7.5m and 10m. Ohme offer 5 and 8.5m
Can I stop others from using the charger?
Yes, the zappi multiphase has a PIN function, once set, the charge will not begin until the pin code has been entered.
Hi, ive recently purchased an EV and wondered what the timeframe currently is for installing an EV charger? Thanks
Our installers work on a lead time of 2-3 weeks from the point of completion of survey. Please request a quote on our website and we can start the process for you.
The previous owners of my house had an electric car and the initial wiring has been completed, as far as I'm aware they just removed their charging pod but the infrastructure is still there. If this is the case would the installation fee be lowered as I think it would just need connecting to the previous box located on the outside of the house.
Unfortunately, the installation fee cannot be lowered, as this is the minimum cost for a standard installation of the charger, regardless of whether previous cabling has been installed. If you are interested in going ahead, please request a quote on our website, and we can send you a link to the installation survey. Once this is complete, the Installation company can confirm whether the installation is standard, and look to book you in.
I am not sure which Myenergi Zappi EV charger to get - glo or standard
I have solar panels and a battery
Kia Niro
Need tethered
Advice please
The below excerpt has been taken from MyEnergi:
“Choose Zappi standard (v2.1) over the Zappi GLO if you want an on-unit screen to check your solar diversion stats instantly. Both models fully support 7kW single-phase charging, a tethered 6.5m Type 2 cable for your Kia Niro, and eco-smart solar/battery integration.”
If am buying the tethered charger- then I can directly plug the charger to the car straight away ?
Like i dont need to connect separate charging wire both to the charging port and car ??
Yes, a tethered charger comes with a cable that you can plug directly into the car.
