The 7kW charging speed of the NRG Charge Velox is ideal for overnight or daily top-ups at home without placing undue demand on a standard single-phase electrical supply. This practical charging rate ensures your EV is ready when you need it, while built-in smartphone app features let you monitor progress, schedule sessions and control charging remotely via WiFi. Using the companion app, you can also track energy usage, set preferred charging times and receive real-time updates, giving you both convenience and greater control over your home charging experience. 

The Velox includes a three-part modular architecture for durability, safety and ease of installation. The first module, the back box, contains all the essential electrical connections - including load balancing and communication wiring - and is non-electronic, allowing a qualified installer to mount it securely as the foundational connection point. The second module, the main body, integrates with the back box using guided pins, establishing a secure link between the back box and the electronic components. This part is fully encapsulated, tamperproof, and sealed for all-round durability. A protective front fascia then clicks neatly into place, completing the unit with a clean, streamlined and secure finish.

Additional Information About the NAPIT Work Quality Guarantee

1. What “Non-Compliant Work” Means

Refers to work that does not meet UK Building Regulations (e.g., BS 7671 wiring regulations).

The guarantee only applies to installations done by a NAPIT-registered installer at the time the work was carried out.

 2. Applies to Dwellings (Not Commercial by Default)

The standard guarantee applies to domestic properties (homes/flats).

For business/commercial installs, confirm if extended coverage is offered—some schemes or insurers may offer alternatives.

3. Building Regulations Compliance Certificate (BRCC) Is Essential

Customers must receive this certificate to validate the guarantee.

Your installer should submit the job notification to NAPIT promptly, which triggers the BRCC.

Without the BRCC, the guarantee cannot be activated—so always confirm the certificate has been issued.

4. Customers Can Verify NAPIT Registration

Encourage transparency by inviting customers to search for your installer on:

5. Dispute Resolution Path Exists

If a customer is unhappy with an installation and the installer is unavailable or unwilling to fix the issue, NAPIT offers a process to investigate and resolve the complaint.

  • Portable power to Northern Ireland: we can’t currently ship these items due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Faults on installed products: 

If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
