The new ClimateHub delivers an all-in-one solution for heating and domestic hot water. ClimateHub Slim Fit models feature a built-in tank with a depth of less than 600mm, allowing them to align seamlessly with appliances such as washing machines. The latest EHS Hydro Unit also provides a reliable and efficient heating and hot water solution when paired with a third-party tank. Its compact wall-mounted design, only 350mm deep, fits neatly alongside standard wall cabinets. Finished in a modern greige tone, both models are designed to complement contemporary interiors and existing household appliances.
Simple and Efficient Installation
With most hydraulic components integrated inside the unit, the redesigned ClimateHub and Hydro Unit are quick and straightforward to install — often within a single day. Enhanced defrost logic prevents defrost water from affecting heating performance, while the expanded heating control range minimises Thermo off time for improved efficiency and reliability. Standard features include magnetic filters, 3-way valves, and an expansion vessel, with models available in both 2kW and 4kW capacities.
Smarter Control and Connectivity
AI Home delivers an advanced smart home experience through a detachable 7" display that provides real-time energy monitoring. It includes a standard 2m range, with an optional 30m cable available for greater flexibility. Users can easily adjust schedules and temperatures based on changing outdoor conditions. When connected to a PV system and compatible devices, AI Home intelligently optimises heating and hot water usage for improved energy management.
Integration with Samsung’s SmartThings app further enhances smart home control, enabling users to manage connected appliances via Wi-Fi. The intuitive interface supports multiple languages and displays information clearly on the 7" screen. Users can also instantly access the system manual by scanning a QR code with their smartphone to download it in various languages.
Energy Usage Management
When connected to Samsung SmartThings, AI Home makes it easy to monitor and manage energy consumption. Users with compatible PV installations can also track solar generation and PV energy usage. AI Energy Mode helps reduce electricity consumption by optimising system performance through the SmartThings platform.
Easy Maintenance and Servicing
Servicing is made simpler with an easily accessible control box and Quick Connector fittings on major components and internal pipework, allowing fast release by hand to save time and effort. Field Setting Values can also be adjusted remotely using the Home Appliance Smart Service App or EHS Cloud Service, removing the need for SD cards and streamlining maintenance.
Reliable Hot Water and Emergency Operation
The new Samsung Hot Water Cylinder is designed to work seamlessly with EHS heat pumps, improving reliability and efficiency for both heating and domestic hot water. In the event of an outdoor heat pump fault, Emergency Mode automatically activates the indoor unit’s built-in electric heater to maintain heating and hot water supply. This feature can be configured during installation via the 7" display, ensuring uninterrupted comfort when it matters most.
Enhanced Energy Efficiency
The overall heat transfer area has been increased by 23%, boosting domestic hot water efficiency from 115% to 148%. In addition, triple-layer insulation significantly reduces heat loss, helping to maximise overall system efficiency and energy savings.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
