The largest capacity unit in the NXHM range, Riello's NXHM 16kW 3-Phase R32 Monobloc Heat Pump is a high-capacity yet quiet and efficient unit that runs on three-phase electrical power for large residential properties requiring high-output space heating and domestic hot water (DHW) generation. This air source monobloc heat pump works by absorbing heat from the outside air and efficiently transferring it indoors to heat your home and hot water, even in cold weather.
Designed to deliver reliable space heating and domestic hot water (DHW) to your home, this model is compatible with standard and pre-plumbed hot water cylinders. It's built for durability, quiet operation for domestic comfort, and seamless integration into modern heating systems. Built-in features include a control board and primary pump to make installation straightforward.
The Riello NXHM supports cascade installation with up to six units, offering scalable output for multi-zone or high-load heating systems. Pair it with a pre-plumbed or standard DHW cylinder for a complete heating solution. With an energy rating of A+++ at 35°C and A++ at 55°C, it provides excellent seasonal efficiency.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
