The Fox ESS 4G-2 Dongle is a genuine remote monitoring accessory that provides reliable 4G connectivity for compatible Fox ESS solar PV systems. Ideal for installations where a stable WiFi or GPRS connection is unavailable, it enables continuous access to your system through the Fox ESS Cloud platform, allowing you to monitor performance from virtually anywhere.
Using a secure 4G connection, the Fox ESS 4G-2 Dongle allows homeowners and installers to view real-time generation data, access historical performance records and receive system alerts via the intuitive Fox ESS Cloud monitoring platform and mobile app. This ensures your solar PV system remains under constant supervision, helping you quickly identify and respond to any issues.
Quick and straightforward to install, the dongle simply plugs into the compatible inverter's USB communication port for plug-and-play convenience without the need for complex network configuration. It includes 5 years of 4G connectivity, providing long-term remote monitoring without requiring a local internet connection.
Specifically for compatible Fox ESS inverter models, the 4G-2 Dongle is required for selected H3 Pro inverters, which use an active polling method to acquire monitoring data.

Please Note: This dongle is NOT compatible with the AC3, V, or R Series of Fox ESS inverters. After the 5-year service period, a replacement dongle is required to continue using the 4G monitoring service.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
