The Fox ESS KH 7kW Hybrid Inverter + EQ Battery Bundle is a powerful and flexible energy storage solution designed for larger single-phase residential solar systems. Combining the 7kW Fox ESS KH hybrid inverter with modular Fox ESS EQ 4.66kWh lithium-ion batteries, the system helps maximise the use of generated solar energy while giving homeowners greater control over their electricity usage.
Suitable for both new solar installations and selected retrofit applications, the KH inverter supports DC-coupled and AC-coupled configurations. Integrated Fox Cloud monitoring also allows users to remotely view system performance, solar generation and battery operation.
This complete battery bundle includes the Fox ESS KH 7kW single-phase hybrid inverter, Fox ESS EQ batteries and the required equipment for installation. Battery storage capacity can be configured from 9.32kWh up to 41.93kWh, allowing the system to be tailored to suit different household energy requirements.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
