The Fox ESS H1 G2 3kW Single Phase Hybrid Inverter is an intelligent energy management solution for residential solar and battery storage systems. It converts DC electricity generated by solar panels into usable AC power while directing surplus energy to a compatible Fox ESS high-voltage LFP battery, ready to power the home when solar generation is insufficient or electricity is more expensive. With a rated AC output of 3,000W and support for solar arrays up to 6,000Wp, it can help households increase their use of renewable energy and reduce reliance on the grid.
Two independent MPPT trackers manage two solar panel strings separately, helping maintain efficient generation across panels with different orientations or levels of sunlight. A maximum efficiency of 97.01% helps minimise energy losses, while PV-to-battery charging efficiency reaches 98.5% and battery-to-AC discharge efficiency reaches 97%.
Several operating modes allow the system to be configured around different household requirements. Self-use mode prioritises solar electricity for local loads before charging the battery and exporting surplus power. Force time use mode supports scheduled charging and discharging, allowing compatible batteries to be charged during selected off-peak periods. Feed-in priority and backup modes provide additional flexibility for export-focused systems and emergency power applications.
System performance and energy flows can be viewed through the built-in LCD display, FoxCloud V2.0 smartphone app or web portal using Wi-Fi connectivity, with optional LAN and 4G monitoring also supported.

Technical Specifications:
Monitoring module specification may vary, with LAN and 4G options sold separately. A compatible battery and correctly installed dedicated backup circuit are required to use the EPS function. Installation, commissioning and grid connection must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with current regulations and distribution network requirements.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
