Fernox HP-15c Heat Transfer Fluid is a high-performance, non-toxic, concentrated fluid specifically engineered to transfer heat efficiently, prevent freezing, and protect internal components in air and ground source heat pumps. Developed to optimise performance and longevity in your heat pump systems, this advanced heat transfer fluid ensures efficient thermal conductivity while delivering reliable system protection in even the coldest temperatures.
This effective heat transfer fluid also offers outstanding defence against common issues that can compromise the efficiency and lifespan of heat pump systems, such as corrosion, limescale build-up and bacterial growth. Its pH-stable composition helps maintain consistent system conditions over time, reducing maintenance requirements and supporting long-term operational efficiency.
This concentrated fluid must be diluted with mains water prior to use, allowing installers to tailor the level of frost protection according to system requirements. When diluted between 33% and 50%, it provides dependable freeze protection ranging from -14°C down to -34°C, making it suitable for a wide range of climates and installation environments. Its compatibility with all commonly used materials in heat pump systems ensures easy integration without risk of damage or degradation.
For best results, existing systems should be thoroughly cleaned using a suitable Fernox cleaner to remove sludge and limescale before introducing HP-15c. Frost protection levels can be accurately measured using a Fernox refractometer, ensuring precise system performance.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
