The EcoFlow 400W Lightweight Portable Solar Panel is a high-performance, foldable and adjustable solar panel that generates high-output solar electricity for quick and efficient charging of compatible portable power stations via the built-in XT60 cable. Ideal companion for camping, caravanning, motorhomes, boating and off-grid living, the integrated folding stand has three adjustable angles (30°, 45° and 60°) to maximise energy capture throughout the day.
Unlike conventional solar panels, this EcoFlow 400W solar panel features a bifacial design that captures sunlight from both the front and reflected ambient light from the rear. Under BNPI test conditions, this allows the panel to produce up to 445W of output, generating more energy from the same sunlight. Combined with industry-leading TOPCon monocrystalline solar cells, the panel achieves an impressive solar conversion efficiency of up to 25%, helping compatible portable power stations recharge more quickly and efficiently.
The folding stand's three adjustable angles - 30°, 45° and 60° - allows you to optimise positioning for seasonal sunlight and different geographical locations. An integrated solar angle guide helps you align the panel at the optimal 90° angle to the sun, ensuring maximum solar exposure and improved charging efficiency.
Built for demanding outdoor environments, the EcoFlow 400W Lightweight Portable Solar Panel features an IP68 water and dust-resistant construction, allowing it to perform reliably in wet, dusty and coastal conditions.

Please note, this solar panel is not recommended for certain scenarios, such as installing long-term outdoors or on vehicles. If you need to hang solar panels for extended periods, please use rigid solar panels. Lightweight portable solar panels are not recommended.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
