Functioning as a portable battery pack, portable solar generator or as an off-grid solar power system. The Photonic Universe P5000M Portable Solar Generator is an impressive, easy-to-transport, high-capacity power solution for home backup, construction sites, emergency response and off-grid energy systems. Combining a 5,120Wh LiFePO₄ battery with 5,000W of continuous AC output, it can run a wide array of household appliances, tools and professional equipment while the integrated wheels make the unit easier to move between locations.
The unit can be deployed as an all-in-one household solar energy system or emergency power supply during power cuts and other mains disruptions. Four integrated 230V AC sockets support multiple appliances, providing up to 2,000W per socket and 5,000W combined. For higher-powered single loads, a dedicated fixed-wiring EPS output can deliver up to 5,000W when installed by an appropriately qualified professional. During a power cut, the emergency power supply function transfers compatible connected loads to stored battery power in less than 20ms.
Battery-priority operating modes intelligently manage solar, battery and grid energy. Available solar power is used for connected loads first, with surplus energy directed to the battery. If solar generation is insufficient, stored battery power can assist automatically, with the mains supply available as an additional source when connected. This makes the P5000M suitable as an all-in-one off-grid solar generator or a quickly deployable household energy system.
A 7-inch touchscreen displays battery state of charge, solar generation, mains input and connected load information in a clear, accessible format. Integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity also enables remote monitoring through the Power Zero app, where users can view current operating data, review historical performance and select working modes.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
