The Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3 Robot Vacuum Cleaner & Mop combines powerful automated floor vacuuming and mopping with an intelligent self-maintaining base station. Equipped with a sixth-generation TurboForce motor, it delivers up to 25,000Pa of exceptionally strong Vormax™ suction to collect dust, hair, crumbs and larger debris from carpets and hard floors. The 5,200mAh battery provides up to 231 minutes of vacuum-only cleaning in Quiet mode, covering up to 156m² under test conditions. When power runs low, the robot automatically returns to its dock to recharge.
Dual Flex Arm technology combines an extendable side brush with MopExtend™ RoboSwing to improve cleaning along edges, around furniture legs and in hard-to-reach corners. The DuoScrub™ mopping system uses two high-speed rotating mop pads with 32 moisture levels, helping to lift spills and stubborn dirt while allowing the water flow to be adjusted for different cleaning requirements. When carpet is detected, the mop pads can lift by 10.5mm, with dedicated settings for intensive carpet cleaning, crossing and avoidance.
The multifunctional PowerDock™ reduces routine maintenance by automatically emptying collected dust into a 3.2-litre bag, washing the mop pads, drying them with hot air and replenishing the robot’s clean water and cleaning solution. Its AceClean™ DryBoard incorporates 20 spray nozzles to wash the board while the mop pads rotate, before draining away the dirty water.
Smart Pathfinder™ navigation scans the surrounding area in 360° to map the home and plan efficient cleaning routes, while 3DAdapt™ helps the robot navigate around everyday objects. It can store maps for up to four floors, supports app-controlled no-go zones and uses CleanGenius™ to recommend cleaning modes based on the home’s layout.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
