The Eve Aqua Smart Water Controller will allow you to turn your water saving outdoor or garden irrigation system on or off via your iPhone, Siri, or the in-built button. Compatible for use with all standard hose systems, it converts a regular outdoor tap to a smart water outlet, so whether you're at home or on holiday you'll be able to quickly and easily control your irrigation system automatically, keeping your garden well watered wherever you are.

The irrigation controller will command your garden watering system and then tells the solenoid valves when to open and close. You can also easily set up schedules in the Eve app, letting Eve Aqua take care of watering your garden and patio plants according to your lifestyle, personal and water saving requirements, improving garden water saving potential and saving on your water bills.

Eva Aqua can be used in combination with a HomePod mini or the new Apple TV and also supports Thread. Simply position a Full Thread Device, such as Eve Energy, as close as possible to your Eve Aqua and Eve Energy will then act as a router and relay data packets from Eve Aqua. This way, Eve Aqua is always in reach, anywhere in your garden. 

Fast and easy to set up, Eve Aqua will join the Thread network automatically. It is also suitable for use with multi-channel water distributors such as from Gardena – plus it offers 7 watering periods.

You'll also experience the highest levels of privacy when using Eve accessories. It won't harvest your personal data and there is no Eve cloud, so your data won’t get exposed. Local intelligence means all the processing is done locally and Eve accessories communicate directly with your iPhone, iPad, or home hub without any cloud dependency or bridge.

Requirements: iPhone or iPad with the latest version of iOS/iPadOS. Controlling this HomeKit-enabled accessory automatically and away from home requires a HomePod or an Apple TV (4th generation or later) as a home hub.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Do you deliver Internationally?

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
