The Aqara C1 Smart Pet Feeder is a smart, high-tech pet feeder that can be used to schedule, control and dispense as much food as your cat or dog needs throughout the day. It also comes with a built-in microphone that can be used to record a message, calling your pet to the feeder when food is about to be dispensed. This Aqara Pet Feeder always stays connected to your smart home system via Zigbee and can be integrated with popular ecosystems or controlled by voice assistants, including Siri, Alexa, Google and IFTTT.
Your pet will enjoy the benefits of scheduled and remote feeding, even when you are hundreds of miles away, and you can also set up feeding plans or schedules to suit your pets normal eating habits. Whether you own a cat or a dog, the generous 4 litre food tank will suit both small and medium pets.
Aqara understands that each kind of pet food is not made equal, so with the C1 you will be able to see how many grams of food were consumed that day. Simply weigh up one portion and input the value in grams to the device settings and you will be able to access feeding statistics and dispense as much food as your pet actually needs.
In Aqara Home, you will be able to make automations with other sensors and controllers, and dispense the food as many times a day as you wish. Unlike generic feeders, the Aqara C1 stays connected even when powered from batteries! It also keeps feeding according to the schedule even if the hub or internet connection goes down. The Aqara C1 can be easily taken apart and washed between uses as well.
Important: Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub is required.
This device is NOT HomeKit or Alexa compatible. However, it can be controlled by voice thanks to Aqara Home scenes. For more info, please refer to the product video.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
