The roller driver is designed well and works ans described. It is also easy to set up. The integration with Alexa is extremely poor, however, offering minimal functionality and is far from intuitive. It is, therefore, difficult to integrate into an Alexa routine and voice control often fails.

Bought two of these a few months ago and really impressed how well they work and how straightforward they were to set up. Just bought 4 more to automate our kitchen blinds. Now installed and working as described and expected.

This is the best roller blind driver I've found, but isn't perfect. It does need care to get the set up correct, is fairly slow and can be difficult to find a good position to mount it relative to the blind. However, investing in the set up is worth it as, once in, it does the job.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
