The Aqara E1 Smart Motorised Curtain Driver (Rod Version) is designed to be fitted onto any curtain tracks around your home, including rods, U-Rails and I-Rails. Enjoy effortless, automatic smart opening and closing of even the heaviest curtains according to the weather, time of day or in conjunction with other Aqara devices.
Easy to install, the E1 Curtain Driver doesn’t require any additional tools and can easily be mounted onto curtain rods and rails, depending on the version of the device you opt for. Once fitted, the E1’s powerful motor will be able to operate even the heaviest curtains up to 12 kilograms in weight.
Simply connect this automatic curtain opener to the Aqara Home app and you will be able to forget about operating the device manually. After configuring the automations, this device will be controlled by time, weather or other Aqara devices. You’ll also be able to easily adjust the opening speed of the motor so that it works more silently, making it perfect for the bedroom, nursery and guest room.
The clever built-in light sensor allows the E1 Curtain Driver to be controlled automatically based on the actual outdoor brightness. If there’s too much light coming in, the curtains will open or close easily by themselves and according to your preferences. Using the Aqara Home app, you can easily operate this device at the press of a single button, such as the Aqara Mini Switch, or the Aqara Cube T1 Pro.
The E1 is compatible with the most popular ecosystems and voice assistance, including HomeKit, Alexa, Google, IFTTT, Alice and Marusya. With easy installation and a rechargeable battery providing long-lasting performance, the Aqara E1 brings smart automation to your home with style and efficiency.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
