The Aqara M2 Smart Home Hub is a highly compatible smart home control centre that can pair up to 128 Aqara devices via a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network or an Ethernet connection. Easy to set up and use with an array of smart home ecosystems and voice assistants, including Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and many more, the Aqara M2 Hub allows you to control your Aqara accessories more conveniently. It also has an IR remote control function which can add and manage the control of different IR devices.
The Aqara M2 comes with a range of features allowing you to turn your devices on and off automatically with the Aqara Hub M2 and the Aqara Home app, even when the internet is down. It also includes a built-in multipurpose speaker that can be used as a doorbell, alarm clock or for security alerts (Aqara child devices are required). Powered easily from any power source via the micro-USB port.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
