The Heatmiser HomeKit-Enabled neoHub is an easy to install Neo System gateway that connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats and neoPlugs in your home. Simply plug the neoHub into your router, create a free account using the Neo app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere using iOS or Android devices. Compatible with up to 32 Neo devices as well as HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa and IFTTT, the neoHub will give you full and effective command of your heating control devices whether you're in or out of your home.

NeoHub works by creating a Mesh Network to your powered Neo devices which will increase the network range in your home. Smart Profiles allow you to program time and temperature settings and then apply them to a number of zones. Any subsequent change to the profile will be automatically applied to those zones using the profile. You can also automatically turn the heating off when you leave home and back on when you return thanks to the Geo Location feature.

    • Low Battery: If you have any neoAir, wireless sensors or window/door contact switches installed, you can select to receive a push notification whenever the device requires new batteries.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.


If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.
Please note that the RMA# on the returns address is your original order number; please ensure to reference this on the returns address, as per below.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
