Super company but the merchants name on the credit card statement was not eco wizard - I had to question this

The installation instructions is via online you will need to set up an installer account for commissioning ,works well with octopus energy EV tariff. Just follow the instructions very straight forward we opted for EV fuse board with anti surge.
I purchased this article on behalf of a 90 year old lady who has very little knowledge of computers. I passed the goods on to her and understand that it is now in working order. However the procedure for setting the unit up was excessively complicated and several phone calls were needed to obtain an explanation.

Their e-mail said they were going to send another e-mail when it was dispatched, but this didn't happen. So I rang them up and found out that it had actually been dispatched, and then they sent out said e-mail. It arrived in good time in the end.

I was confused with the number of chargers out there, it was good to speak to someone independent for advice, and better still they could arrange for someone to fit the unit.
I had read other reviews detailing EcoWizard’s fast delivery, but was still very impressed. Placed an order at around 3pm on a Friday afternoon and by noon the next day the product had arrived! Outstanding service, on top of the most competitive pricing I could find. Would highly recommend to others.
