Arrived a lot quicker than expected. Very happy with it. Only downside was I requested installation and it wasn't a straightforward/smooth process. So I ended up getting that done elsewhere.

Ordered a Bluetti through EcoWizard but unfortunately the supplier was awaiting stock in fairness to EcoWizard they kept me updated and delivered as soon as they were able.

I couldn't believe how fast the charger was delivered, it was ordered on a Monday and arrived the next day!.. product is excellent also.

Just a bit confusing when trying to place an order.

The item I purchased was not compatible with my thermostat. I telephoned a few times to ask for advice. I was told to put it in an email which I did. I never received a reply. I resold the item on ebay and purchased other equipment elsewhere.

The product (Hypervolt Home Pro 3) arrived in good time, the price was the best I found, it arrived well packed and looks stunning (and thats before it gets on the wall), the App looks good and with lots of control with Grid, Solar, Battery as choice of supply or a mix of all 3, have a look at "Artisan electrics" on youtube he does some good installs and tests to destruction

At the time of this purchase this was the lowest price I could find for this charger in black, not by a lot but every little counts after checking previous reviews which were all positive, I ordered it late in the day and did not expect it to arrive the next day but it did as described no damage to packaging excellent service!!!

I would have given 5 stars but the order when placed stated “order before 2 and it will be next day delivery”. Unbeknownst to me the product was out of stock and I would have to wait for restock. It wasn’t made clear… however, the service was good and the prices were cheap and I was kept up to date… other than the shipment details at the start. Would recommend
