The item was in stock but was held up in the delivery for two days by their carrier (despite having paid for a next day service). When I called Eco Wizard to find out where it was, Koorosh got straight on the case with their carrier and turned things around to ensure I had the item in time for the job. Massive shout out to Koorosh for sorting this and keeping me informed throughout. This was my first purchase from Eco Wizard and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I ordered some items from this online store and unfortunately they sent me the wrong ones. However, I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. I sent them an email explaining the problem and they responded swiftly . They apologized for the mistake and arranged for a courier to collect the wrong items the next day. They also sent me the correct items with express delivery. I received the right items in perfect condition and I was very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend this online store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer care.
From ordering to delivery took lessthan 3 days so very impressed. The controller was plug and play so easy to set up. Instructions very easy to follow, but pairing a bit hit and miss, but got there in the end. This controller was better priced than the boilers own brand, so was the reason to buy, impressed so far. Would highly recommend this controller and buying from eco wizard. Would use them again no problem.
