Prompt service and dispatch although DPD did muck it up, said they tried to deliver, wife was in all day, then said they had left it at our local post office but had actually left it at a post office some 5 miles away.
Product delivered within prescribed timescale and well package. Kept informed of order progress and delivery.
Thermostat and receiver replaced an older controller with no thermostatic control, so couldn't control room temperature. Easy to install and product works flawlessly, so I can now leave the property knowing the heating will kick in to maintain a background heat when I'm not there. Salus products have never let me down.
I've used several of these Salus thermostats for 2 years and am pretty happy with them - just needed one more.
Installed on a totally off-grid two bedroom static caravan one week ago. Linked up to a solar source and still running after the initial charge prior to installation.

This smart switch kit is a great choice for anyone who wants to control their lights remotely. The switches are easy to install and pair with the app. They work as expected and have a sleek design. The only minor drawback is that they make a noticeable clicking noise when they turn on or off, which might bother some people. It sounds like a relay switching inside the switch. Other than that, I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to others.
I ordered some items from this online store and unfortunately they sent me the wrong ones. However, I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. I sent them an email explaining the problem and they responded swiftly . They apologized for the mistake and arranged for a courier to collect the wrong items the next day. From ordering to delivery took lessthan 3 days so very impressed. The controller was plug and play so easy to set up. Instructions very easy to follow, but pairing a bit hit and miss, but got there in the end. This controller was better priced than the boilers own brand, so was the reason to buy, impressed so far. Would highly recommend this controller and buying from eco wizard. Would use them again no problem.
