Whether you're travelling or at home during a power outage, this bundle comes with no less than 16 versatile ports to power 99% of your favourite devices. You can even access your AC500 from the BLUETTI app, which is accessible via WiFi or Bluetooth connection, for real-time input and output, tailored power consumption, firmware upgrades and a lot more.
The AC500 + B300S charges fast - up to 80% in under an hour - so a quick lunch break or stopover is all you need to top up and keep moving. Choose from multiple recharging options, including AC, solar, generator, car cigarette lighter, or even lead-acid battery charging to get your power station up and running again.
It's 100% modular: the AC500 has the ability to support up to 6 expansion batteries for a total capacity of 18,432Wh, giving you potentially up to 6 days of power at 3KWh of electricity per day. Great responsive touchscreen that’s well thought out. Modular design that looks great too. The only improvement could be battery power connections that come together as the units are stacked. Instead of the chunky cables looped out of the sides.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
