The Fox ESS All-in-One EVO 10 is a next-generation energy storage solution designed to combine performance, reliability and convenience in one sleek system. Featuring a 5kW inverter and 10kWh of battery storage, it is ideal for residential solar installations, battery upgrades and homeowners looking to make better use of their renewable energy.
Built with robust LFP battery technology, the EVO Series offers a high 95% depth of discharge and a long cycle life of up to 6,000 cycles. With high energy conversion efficiency of up to 97.6%, it helps maximise the value of stored solar energy while supporting efficient household energy use.
The system is designed with off-grid capability and integrated EPS functionality, helping provide backup power when required. It also supports double off-grid backup capability and dual EPS expansion, making it a flexible option for homes that need added energy resilience. For larger installations, up to three units can be operated in parallel when used with the AI Link.
Designed for simple installation, the EVO 10 integrates inverter and battery storage into one compact all-in-one unit and can be installed either floor-mounted or wall-mounted. Its 10kWh storage capacity makes it well suited to households with moderate to higher energy usage, providing a strong balance of power output and stored energy.
System performance can be monitored through FoxCloud V2.0 and the FoxCloud mobile app, with communication options including WiFi, LAN, 4G and Ethernet. This gives users clear visibility of energy generation, storage and consumption, helping them stay informed and in control.
Please note: the EVO inverter requires an initial firmware update before use. Instructions and an updated firmware USB are included with each purchase. The update typically takes around 15–20 minutes and ensures the inverter operates with the latest features and performance optimisations.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
