The Fox ESS (10kW + 10.24kWh) EVO All‑In‑One Hybrid Inverter & Battery Storage System combines a 10kW hybrid inverter with 10.24kWh of high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery storage, delivering powerful, efficient and reliable home energy management. Equipped with advanced safety features, smart monitoring, and high-efficiency power conversion, the Fox ESS EVO is engineered to future-proof your home or business energy system.
Offering exceptional flexibility for both on-grid and off-grid applications, the Fox ESS EVO uses robust LiFePO₄ (LFP) battery technology with an impressive 95% Depth of Discharge (DoD) and up to 6000 cycles, ensuring long-term reliability and maximum usable energy. With industry-leading conversion efficiencies of up to 97.6%, the EVO series is optimised for superior performance and energy savings. Off-grid capability and dual EPS backup ensure your power stays on during outages, while parallel operation - supported through the AI Link - allows you to scale up to three systems for even greater storage capacity.
Installation is versatile and practical thanks to the system’s sleek, modular design, suitable for both wall-mounted and floor-mounted setups. The included cover enhances weather protection and provides a clean, modern aesthetic for indoor or outdoor mounting.
Stay fully in control of your system with FoxCloud V2.0 Advanced Monitoring, which offers live performance data, remote control, and full system oversight through the FoxCloud app. Multiple communication options—including WiFi, LAN, 4G, and Ethernet - ensure reliable connectivity and seamless system integration.
Each EVO unit includes a firmware update USB and instructions, ensuring your inverter is quickly brought up to the latest standard. The update takes around 15–20 minutes and unlocks enhanced features, optimised performance, and maximum compatibility with the Fox ESS ecosystem.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
