The Ideal Halo Air WiFi 2 Zone Programmable Room Thermostat Kit comes with two simple, flexible, plug-pair-and-play heating and hot water controls that are compatible with Logic Air monobloc heat pumps. You'll receive two programmable room thermostats, giving you the extra functionality of controlling the temperature in two separate heating zones independently. Ideal for serving different parts of your home (e.g., upstairs and downstairs).
Easy to setup and install, these Halo Air thermostats allow you to control your heating and hot water anywhere via the app and they're also smart home compatible as well. You can easily download the Halo smartphone app for free which can also be connected through smart home devices like Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
Kit Contains: 2x Halo PRTs (Programmable Room Thermostats), 2x PRT rear housing, 2x trim plate, 2x desk stand, 1x smart interface hub, 1x smart interface bracket, 8x AA batteries, screws, fixings, installation & user guides.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
