The Baxi Amptec S8 8kW Electric System Boiler is an ultra-compact, heat-only electric flow boiler designed to provide reliable wet central heating for modern homes. With its slimline wall-mounted design, it can be installed neatly inside standard kitchen cupboards, hallway cupboards, airing cupboards or utility spaces, making it ideal where space is limited.
Designed as a clean alternative to gas, LPG or oil boilers, the Amptec S8 requires no flue, fuel tank or external gas supply. This allows greater flexibility when choosing an installation location and removes the risk of carbon monoxide emissions. Its heat-only flow configuration integrates easily with standard wet central heating systems, including radiators, underfloor heating and compatible unvented hot water cylinders.
With an 8kW output and adjustable temperature range from 30°C to 80°C, the Amptec S8 offers responsive heating performance for a variety of domestic applications. Built with no moving internal parts, it operates almost silently and helps reduce long-term servicing and maintenance requirements.
The Baxi Amptec range is designed for safe, efficient and future-ready electric heating, with up to 99.8% efficiency and the option to pair with renewable electricity sources such as solar PV to help reduce household carbon emissions.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
