The Ideal HP290 6.0kW Monobloc Air Source Heat Pump is an efficient, aesthetically-pleasing and self-contained heat pump unit for heating and hot water demands in medium-sized homes with moderate heating requirements. This air source heat pump works by absorbing heat from the outside air and efficiently transferring it indoors to heat your home and hot water, even in cold weather.
The R290 refrigerant used in the Ideal HP290 has an ultra-low GWP (Global Warming Potential) with zero ozone depletion to deliver one of the greenest and most efficient heating solutions available, combining outstanding energy performance with minimal environmental impact. The R290 refrigerant helps achieve impressive flow temperatures up to 75 °C, which not only exceeds many standard heat pumps, but also makes the Ideal HP290 a highly compatible choice for existing radiators while ensuring domestic hot water heats up more quickly, even on cold days.
The HP290 is compatible with radiator and underfloor heating systems, providing hot, efficient and fast reheat times with Ideal's pre-plumbed and prewired heat pump cylinder. The system will offer you an attractive heating solution, and when paired with the Halo Lite RF Wireless Programmable Room Thermostat, a great user experience as well.
The monobloc design houses all vital components, including the refrigerant circuit, so it simply connects to your home’s heating and hot water system with water pipes, without needing a separate indoor unit. Monobloc technology will also allow for easy installation and servicing.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
