The Bosch Compress 2000 AWF (CS2000AWF 4 R-S) 4kW Full Monobloc Heat Pump is a compact, highly efficient air source heat pump designed to provide reliable, low carbon heating and domestic hot water for modern homes, smaller properties and renovation projects. Featuring an all-in-one full monobloc design, all major hydraulic components are housed within the outdoor unit, eliminating the need for a separate indoor hydraulic module and helping to simplify installation while reducing the amount of internal space required.
Offering a 4kW heating output, the Bosch Compress 2000 AWF combines dependable performance with outstanding energy efficiency, achieving an ErP rating of up to A+++ for low temperature heating applications. The unit uses environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant and can deliver flow temperatures of up to 65°C, making it suitable for both new build properties and many retrofit installations where higher water temperatures may be required.
Made with both installers and homeowners in mind, the Compress 2000 AWF features integrated controls with a built-in temperature sensor, weather compensation and two-zone management capabilities, allowing heating performance to be tailored to the property's requirements.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
