The Fox ESS G-Max 100kW (215kWh Storage) 3-Phase Commercial Battery Energy Storage System is a fully-integrated commercial and industrial energy storage unit designed to help your business store electricity for use when demand is high, energy prices increase or renewable generation is unavailable. The G-Max combines a high-performance PCS, LiFePO₄ battery storage, energy management and integrated safety systems in a single outdoor-rated cabinet.
Made for demanding commercial applications, the G-Max delivers 100kW of continuous three-phase power with 215kWh of battery storage, providing over 4 hours of runtime for a typical 50kW commercial load.* This makes it ideal for factories, warehouses, office buildings, agricultural sites, schools, retail premises, EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The factory-configured, plug-and-play design reduces installation time, while multiple cabinets can be connected in parallel as energy requirements grow.
Built around premium liquid-cooled LiFePO₄ battery technology, the G-Max maintains consistent battery temperatures to improve efficiency, extend battery lifespan and minimise power losses. The integrated Energy Management System (EMS) supports a wide range of intelligent operating modes, including peak shaving, load shifting, PV self-consumption, demand control, anti-export, frequency regulation and black start functionality.
Safety has been engineered into every aspect of the system. The compartmentalised cabinet incorporates aerosol fire suppression, smoke and temperature detection, audible and visual alarms, intelligent battery management and preventative protection systems that rapidly detect and respond to abnormal operating conditions.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
