The Fox ESS H1 G2 3.68kW Single-Phase Hybrid Inverter enables households to use more of the solar electricity they generate by converting it for immediate use and storing surplus energy in a compatible battery for later. Delivering 3,680W of rated AC output, it allows surplus solar energy to be stored for use after sunset or when household electricity demand rises.
The H1-3.7-E-G2 supports solar arrays up to 7,400Wp and a maximum combined DC input power of 7,400W. Two independent MPPT trackers, each supporting one solar string, help optimise generation across different roof orientations. Maximum conversion efficiency reaches 97.08%, with PV-to-battery charging efficiency of up to 98.5%. Compatible high-voltage LFP batteries operating between 80V and 480V are supported, with charging and discharging currents of up to 40A.
Download the FoxCloud V2.0 app to monitor system performance remotely through a compatible communications module. An integrated LCD also provides operating information directly on the inverter.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
