The Fox ESS H1 G2 5kW Single-Phase Hybrid Inverter is a flexible energy-management solution designed for residential solar PV and battery-storage systems. Delivering 5,000W of rated AC output, it intelligently distributes solar energy between household loads, a compatible high-voltage battery and the electricity grid. By storing surplus solar energy for use after sunset or during peak-rate periods, it helps you make more of every unit your panels generate, draw less electricity from the grid and gain greater control over your household energy costs.
Compatible with Fox ESS high-voltage LFP batteries operating between 80V and 480V, the inverter supports a maximum charging and discharging current of 40A. Its operating modes include self-use, feed-in priority, force time use and backup, allowing the system to be configured around household demand, electricity tariffs and energy-storage priorities.
When installed with a compatible battery and a correctly configured essential-load circuit, the integrated EPS output can supply up to 5,000VA during a power cut. It also provides 6,000VA of peak apparent power for up to 60 seconds and a transfer time of less than 10 milliseconds, helping supported appliances continue operating with minimal interruption.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
